    All throughout my life, I’ve obsessed over getting things right. I take pride in figuring things out on my own with no shortcuts and no handouts. That same mindset has carried over into my health and fitness journey and I've dabbled in every method I could piece together. After trying countless workouts and different diets, they've all eventually crashed... I came to the conclusion that I just had to push harder and stay disciplined.


    Everything has shifted since joining a proven fitness program. The results have come faster and this time with more clarity than I ever expected.

    Results have been far beyond physical. I have uncovered a much deeper understanding of MY WHY and see clearly the reasons I was stuck in the past.

    It comes down to mindset traps and lifestyle patterns that were quietly holding me back... The majority of them stemmed from my relentless “do it myself” mentality...
